Thanks for posting this video John. I'm interested to see how you evaluate the three areas of focus for this week's exercise (if you don't mind posting).
Were these performances all from the same session? How much time/practice was done in between takes? It seemed to me that there was dramatic improvement in the timing and flow of the form in each subsequent performance.

Look's like it is coming along nicely...
The three reps were done consecutively with enough time to catch my breath and view the previous rep on the computer.
Just goes to show how important that visual feedback is!
