I've become a bit more interested in blogging and podcasting since getting involved in the Paleo and Crossfit communities. I don't feel ready to program heavily yet since I'm still learning, but I think I can come up with some good Striking/Martial Arts drills people can add to classes or at home.
Today at PantherCrossfit:
20 minutes for Distance:
40 sec all out Sprint
20 sec rest
For those of you with pads and a partner add:
Buy-in: Full Speed rep of belt level Form
AMRAP 5 minutes
10 back leg round kicks each leg (Heavy Bag or Partner with Shield)
10 Step in side kicks each leg (HB or Shield)
Check-Out: Full Speed rep of belt level Form
