I have always done best with Jindo. It was the first form I took seriously for competition, which I think helped. I spent a great deal of time working on the timing balance and little nuances. While the competition was the focus, it had several positive benefits outside of competition.
I'm looking to move to Kong Sang Koon now. Oh boy!

What form do you compete with?
I use Nijushiho. I think this was the last year I'll do that form. Time to move on after 8ish years.
